Bio; Vanity was born in a small and secluded area nick named "Stone Edge" because there was a large stone structure in the center of the town. When she was eleven years old "Sarah" went to work with her father who worked as an exorcist. Bad choice. She was attacked by what was labeled a soul eater and that's when Vanity was born. She gained the ability to control any object with metal in it, her favorite weapon being broken mirror shards. But she also lost her piece of mind... Thus the reason the girl was sent to the metal ward.

Actually, she's been through a lot more than that. When she was attacked by the Soul Eater and Vanity was born, she was a Shadow Walker- a dark being that could step in and out of shadows. Hence the name. She loved to make people suffer by grasping their fears and nightmares and either bringing them to life, or trapping the people within them. After meeting an unknown figure, who gave her some insight of who she once was. She gave up her darker powers and transferred them into her newer ability within a year. So, she was still pretty young and unstable.
